I guess there isn't much to say about last month's graph or the table. Another 4+ptbb month, but luckboxing small stakes guys over a small sample isn't really brag-worthy. LOL @ 12K hands in a month - that's like 2 days of play. All that matters is the streak's alive, baby! I'm going to attempt to play a little more next month, but I've actually been super-busy with some side-projects (later post).
I guess the bigger (well, more like smaller) news to report is that I now weigh 242.0! I think getting some above-average amount of physical activity due to the move really helps (altho last month's weigh-in seemed a little high). It's good to have a little cushion vs my pace. As with most overweight people, I've lost like 20 pounds before (multiple times) and gained it all back. But I (and Mrs. Fly) think I can actually keep it off this time. Mostly because we've moved to the land of dead animal and BBQ - low carb nirvana, if you will. We've been very pleased with the decision to move so far.The next question you have for me (other than "when do I get my money from FT?!?") is probably how I like Texas.
Well, here are the top five things I like about living here:5. Most stuff here is noticeably cheaper than CT
4. FIOS is much better than Cablevision (not sure if that's a brag, considering how bad Cablevision is)
3. A number of local family restaurants have some "kids eat free" promo and others have BYO wine. Ka ching!
2. People are super friendly.
1. House and the pool are awesome!
And the top five things I hate about living here:
5. I think planes sometimes get diverted overhead in certain weather.
4. Standing in direct sunlight is lethal. And it's not summer yet!
3. Crazy spring weather. It actually hailed when it was 90 degrees. WTF?!?
2. *Deja Vu* - ducks crap around our pool area.
1. Beef costs MORE here than in CT. Seriously, WTF?!?
Stay tuned! I'll elaborate in later posts.
